Resumen del libro
This work analyses, with an interdisciplinary and transversal vision, the advantages and challenges of applying new technologies to the conservation and protection of protected natural spaces.
Our environmental law presents important shortcomings as far as new technologies are concerned. Hence, attending to this new reality and determining which applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be used and for what purpose, is a matter of the first order. This will force, on some occasions, to modify the existing regulatory framework, and on others, to regulate ex novo many of the issues that are revealed throughout this work.
We are at the right time to carry out this transformation of environmental law, and in particular, of Andalusian environmental law, and very particularly, in the field of natural spaces, because we cannot miss the opportunity to use technology in the protection and conservation of natural spaces.
