La ponencia comienza con una parte general, en la que el autor explica brevemente el contexto nacional e internacional en el que se desarrolla la actividad de nuestras SSAADD, necesario para comprender el germen y el fundamento de su normativa; sigue con una segunda parte, en la que describen someramente los distintos aspectos de interés notarial y jurídico en las diferentes fases y vicisitudes por las que puede pasar una SAD, y finaliza con una tercera parte, o de conclusión, en la que comenta otros aspectos interesantes sobre esta materia, ya que, en su opinión, tiene una dimensión social que alcanza bastante más allá de los puros aspectos mercantiles e incluso los jurídicos. 

The paper begins with a general section where the author briefly explains the national and international context in which Spanish sports limited companies (S.A.D.) carry out their activities, as a necessary introduction to understand the foundation and origins of our regulations. This is followed by a second section concisely describing the various aspects of interest for notaries public and the courts in the different phases and situations an S.A.D. may go through. The article concludes with a third section for conclusions, which discusses other interesting aspects on this subject as, in the author’s opinion, it has a social dimension that extends considerably further than the purely mercantile or even legal aspects.
