El presente trabajo busca analizar la Ley 21.100, que prohíbe la entrega de bolsas plásticas de comercio en todo el territorio nacional, y la Ley 20.920, que establece marco para la gestión de residuos y la responsabilidad extendida del productor, que principalmente tienen por objeto fomentar el reciclaje en Chile. 

This paper seeks to analyze the Law 21.100 that prohibits the delivery of plastic shopping bags throughout the national territory and the Law 20.920 that establishes a framework for waste management and extended producer´s responsibility that aims to encourage recycle in Chile.
