En desarrollo del compromiso jurídico de incorporar las tecnologías de la información a la totalidad de las funciones administrativas, se ha aprobado la Orden HAP/637/2012 de 5 de julio por la que se regula el Registro Electrónico de Apoderamientos, y la Ley 30/2011, de 21 de julio del Registro Civil que viene a diseñar un Registro único civil para toda España, informatizado y accesible electrónicamente. El presente estudio se va a centrar en un análisis detallado de ambas normativas.

In development of the juridical commitment of incorporating the technologies of the information to the totality of the administrative functions, there has been approved the Order HAP/637/2012 of July 5 by which the Electronic Record of Powers is regulated, and the Law 30/2011, of July 21 of the Civil Record that comes to design the only civil Record for the whole Spain, computerized and accessibly electronically. The present study is going to centre on an analysis detail of both regulations.
