La inteligencia artificial nos ayuda a gestionar todo tipo de decisiones y con una eficacia creciente. En el contexto del trabajo subordinado, se espera que el uso de asistentes informacionales alimentados por algoritmos predictivos crezca exponencialmente, describiendo la antesala de la sociedad del futuro. El empleo de esta tecnología, en contrapartida, está posibilitando una cartografía humana exhaustiva. Nuestras intenciones, emociones y estados de ánimo ya pueden ser leídos. Este acceso al patio trasero neuronal describe un nuevo desafío porque estas máquinas están acumulando capacidad para aguijonear la mente, acceder al yo inconsciente y condicionar subliminalmente el comportamiento. Asumiendo que el 95 por ciento de nuestra actividad cerebral discurre por debajo del nivel consciente, la amenaza que nos acecha merece una respuesta contundente y sin dilación. En pleno debate internacional sobre los neuroderechos, este estudio sugiere la necesidad de crear, de forma diferenciada, un escudo frente a las intromisiones por debajo de la conciencia: los derechos del yo inconsciente de las personas.

Artificial intelligence helps us manage all kinds of decisions with increasing efficiency. In the context of subordinate work, the use of informational assistants powered by predictive algorithms is expected to grow exponentially, describing the antechamber of the society of the future. The use of this technology, in return, is enabling a comprehensive human mapping. Our intentions, emotions, and moods can now be read. This access to the  neuronal  backyard  poses  a  new  challenge  because  these  machines  are  accumulating  the ability to goad the mind, access the unconscious self, and subliminally condition be-haviour. If 95 percent of our brain activity occurs below the conscious level, the looming threat deserves a resounding and immediate response. Amid an international debate on neurorights,  this  study  suggests  the  need  to  create,  distinctively,  a  shield  against  intru-sions below consciousness: the rights of the unconscious self of individuals.
