El artículo tiene como objetivo analizar el concepto de laicidad ‘positiva’ o ‘sana’ apoyado por las jerarquías eclesiásticas señalando su confusión con el concepto sociológico de secularización y su incompatibilidad con dos valores fundamentales del Estado Constitucional de Derecho: libertad e igual consideración y respeto.

This article critically analyzes the concept of ‘positive’ or ‘healthy secularism’ supported by the church hierarchy underlying its confusion with the sociological concept of secularization and its incompatibility with two fundamental values of the Constitutional State: freedom and equal concern and respect.
