En este trabajo se hace, desde una mirada iusfilosófica, una conexión entre algunos aportes éticos, axiológicos y valorativos del pensamiento latinoamericano de liberación y la teoría crítica en general, y la teoría crítica del Derecho en particular. Se presentan tres bloques: a) una fe antropológica ecuménica que se basa en un criterio de producción, reproducción y desarrollo de la vida humana; b) el imperativo categórico contra todo proceso de victimización; y c) finalmente, la propuesta de denunciar y enfrentar los procesos idolátricos y de fetichización de las producciones que jurídicamente se muestra como inversión o reversión ideológica de los derechos humanos. El objetivo es proporcionar un insumo y un material de análisis y de orientación, para enfrentar el actual contexto de la globalización ante los diversos peligros ontológicos que amenazan a la Humanidad y a la Naturaleza planetaria.

This paper makes, from an iusphilosophical point of view, a connection between some ethical, axiological and evaluative contributions of Latin American liberation thought and critical theory in general, and the critical theory of law in particular. Three blocks are presented: a) an ecumenical anthropological faith based on a criterion of production, reproduction and development of human life; b) the categorical imperative against any process of victimisation; and c) finally, the proposal to denounce and confront the idolatrous processes and fetishisation of productions that juridically appear as an ideological inversion or reversal of human rights. The objective is to provide an input and material for analysis and orientation, in order to confront the current context of globalisation in the face of the various ontological dangers that threaten Humanity and planetary Nature.
