El presente trabajo, estudia la responsabilidad civil extracontractual derivada de la Inteligencia Artificial. En su desarrollo se entra a valorar los robots, su consideración como objeto, y la posibilidad de dotarles de una personalidad jurídica electrónica propia y la normativa europea actual derivada de la IA con la Propuesta de Directiva relativa a la adaptación de las normas de responsabilidad civil extracontractual a la IA. Asimismo, la responsabilidad ajena a los robots sin concebirlo como responsable de los daños y la protección del uso masivo de datos, que utiliza la Inteligencia Artificial en su funcionamiento.

This paper explores the non-contractual liability of Artificial Intelligence. In its development, robots are valued, their consideration as an object and the possibility of endowing them with their own electronic legal personality and the current European regulations derived from AI with the Proposal for a Directive on the adaptation of non-contractual civil liability regulations to the AI. Likewise, the responsability of others to the robots without conceiving it as responsable for the damages and the protection of the massive use of data that Artificial Intelligence uses in its operation.
