La economía colaborativa es un fenómeno que ha surgido hace una década y avanza a pasos gigantescos. A pesar de tener origen en un determinado sector – mayoritariamente alojamiento -, está abarcando otros sectores – tales como transporte, financiación o servicios -. La calificación laboral de sus intervinientes debería ser una prioridad para dotar de seguridad jurídica las relaciones laborales. Además, de ello depende un adecuado encuadramiento en el sistema de seguridad social evitando, tanto el fraude social como el fiscal. Para dar solución al problema de la cotización, eludiendo así la economía informal, surgen determinadas alternativas entre las cuales están el denominado el sistema “voucher-based work” o las monedas accesorias.

The collaborative economy is a phenomenon which has emerged a decade ago and advance in gigantic steps. Despite having origins in a certain sector – for the most part accommodation- it is covering other sectors – such as transport, financing or services-. The qualification of it is interveners should be a priority in order to provide legal security for labor relations. In addition, it depends on an adequate framework in the health care system avoiding social and fiscal fraud. To solve the problem of contribution, thus avoiding the black economy, certain alternatives arise, among which are the so-called “voucher- based work” system or accessory coins.
