El desarrollo del proceso social en el entorno digital supone la exigencia de un replanteamiento sobre si su actual regulación es suficiente para atender a las necesidades y exigencias de tramitación, preservando las garantías y derechos de los intervinientes en el mismo, tanto en cuanto a los modos y medios de los actos de comunicación, como respecto de la misma documentación de lo actuado, una vez desaparecido el soporte papel, así mismo facilitando la labor del juzgador.

The development of the social proceeding in the digital environment requires a rethinking of whether its current regulation is sufficient to solve the needs and demands of proceeding, keeping the guaranties and rights of the parties involved in it, both in terms of and means of communication acts, such as regarding the documentation of the proceeded, once the paper support has disappeared, as well as with the aim of facilitate the work of the Judge.
