El constante avance tecnológico y la situación pandémica explican el auge del teletrabajo. La aplicación de esta modalidad de prestar servicios en la empresa puede generar nuevas situaciones discriminatorias. La negociación colectiva es la pieza clave para promover la igualdad real y efectiva en el marco de las transformaciones tecnológicas del mercado laboral. Concretamente, el plan de igualdad, como manifestación más estricta de la negociación colectiva con perspectiva de género, representa la principal herramienta para proteger a las mujeres en el ámbito del teletrabajo.

The constant technological advance and the pandemic situation explains the rise of telecommuting. The implementation of this modality of providing services in the company can generate new discriminatory situations. Collective bargaining is the key to promote real and effective equality in the framework of technological transformations in the labour market. Specifically, the equal opportunities plan represents the main tool to protect teleworking women.
