La nueva regulación establecida en España estableciendo sistemas obligatorios de registros horarios para los empleados en todo tipo de empresas y actividades, está generando un debate intenso sobre su utilidad práctica y, sobre todo, si va en contra de las nuevas formas de empleo y la flexibilidad que están demandando el nuevo mundo del trabajo.
