En nuestro tiempo el interés por la igualdad en el ámbito jurídico está cobrando relevancia tanto en el plano de los contenidos de las normas como en su forma. Prueba de esto último es la intención que se percibe en determinadas ocasiones de eliminar el masculino genérico de los textos normativos. ¿Cómo incide esta práctica en los postulados que se han venido recogiendo en el ámbito de la Teoría de la Legislación? Este estudio pretende dar respuesta a esta pregunta manifestando los aspectos más representativos de la cuestión.

Today in the legal world, questions of sexual equality are attaining increasing prominence both in the contents of legislation and in its forms. Proof of this is the intention one sometimes perceives to eliminate the masculine gender from legislative texts. How does this practice affect the postulates conventionally retailed in Legislation Theory? This study attempts to find an answer to that question by discussing the most relevant issues associated with the topic.
