Este artículo se inicia con unas consideraciones sobre cómo debe ser el modelo de profesor ideal. A continuación, se analiza el concepto de justicia, abogando por un positivismo corregido, que tiene en la Ética pública la fuente de la legitimidad, alejado de cualquier forma de iusnaturalismo. En su aproximación al concepto de Derecho se amplían estas nociones que deben responder las preguntas: “¿quién manda?”, “¿cómo se manda?”, “¿qué se manda?” y “¿por qué obedecer?”. El texto concluye con unas reflexiones sobre el talante de aquellos que dedican su proyecto de vida a la investigación.

This article begins with some reflections about how the ideal professor should be. Later, the concept of justice is analyzed defending a corrected positivism away from any kind of iusnaturalism, that centers the source of legitimacy in the public ethics. He deals with this ideas more deeply in his approach to the concept of law, answering the questions “Who rules?”, “How is it ruled?”, “what is it ruled?” and “why to obey law?”. The articles concludes with some reflections on the temper of those who devote their lives to research.
