Los sistemas jurídicos actuales están siendo afectados por la introducción en las sociedades occidentales de culturas externas fruto de la inmigración. Las actitudes y comportamientos que se consideran diferentes son controlados por el derecho a través de los mecanismos jurídicos que se creen oportunos. Una revisión de las acciones jurídicas que se utilizan para regular tales conductas es una necesidad en las sociedades multiculturales. De hecho, las normas jurídicas pueden crear, interpretar y aplicar el derecho a partir de otras premisas diferentes que han de tener en cuenta las transformaciones sociales y las nuevas necesidades presentes en los ordenamientos jurídicos a partir de la revisión del concepto de sistema jurídico. 

The current legal systems are being affected by the introduction in Western societies from external cultures result of immigration. The attitudes and behaviors that are considered different are controlled by the law through legal mechanisms that are believed appropriate. A review of legal actions that are used to regulate such behavior is a necessity in multicultural societies. In fact, the legal rules can create, interpret and apply the law from various other assumptions that have to take into account social transformations and present new requirements in jurisdictions from the review of the concept of legal system.
