Este artículo analiza la importancia de Segunda Enmienda a la Constitución de Estados Unidos, que reconoce el derecho de los ciudadanos a poseer y portar armas, incluyendo un estudio de la reciente jurisprudencia en la materia y del rol que está jugando el lobby armamentístico para garantizar la protección de dicho derecho.

This paper analyses the importance of the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America which recognizes the right of the people to keep and bear arms, taking into account the newest Case law on this matter and the role that the Gun lobby is performing for guaranteeing the protection of such right.
