El presente trabajo analiza la con? guración de las cláusulas relativas a la libertad religiosa incluidas en la Primera Enmienda a la Constitución estadounidense, así como su relación con las cláusulas de libertad de expresión y la protección constitucional del derecho a la intimidad. El enfoque del presente trabajo se basa en la posición prevalente del principio de neutralidad en el derecho constitucional estadounidense como fundamento interpretativo de estas cláusulas.

This work analyzes the con? guration of the religion clauses included in the First Amendment to the U.S. constitution and its relation to the freedom of speech and constitutional privacy protection. The approach of this work is based on the prevalent position of the neutrality principle in U.S. Constitutional Law as the interpretative foundation for these clauses.
